Adblockers can cause issues with the DAT Lodboard, and DAT IQ pages loading correctly.
To solve the issue and access your loadboard page, the adblockers extensions must be disabled. These are the instructions on how to do that on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.
Chrome
- At the top right, click ⠇
- Click More tools and then Extensions.
- Find the Adblocker extension and disable it by clicking the switch so it goes to the left. The names of extensions will vary depending on what is being used. Common Adblocker extension names include Ublock, Ublock Origin, and Adblock Plus.
- Refresh the loadboard page by clicking the refresh button (⟳) in the top left corner of the screen
Firefox
- Click the menu button ☰ Button and select Add-ons and themes
- Refresh the loadboard page by clicking the refresh button (⟳) in the top left corner of the screen
Microsoft Edge
- In Edge, select ... in the upper right corner of your browser window. Select, Extensions
- Select Mange extension
- Find the Adblocker extension and disable it by clicking the switch to turn it off. The names of extensions will vary depending on what is being used. Common extension names include Ublock, Ublock Origin, and Adblock Plus.
- Refresh the loadboard page by clicking the refresh button (⟳) in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Safari
- Click on Safari -> Settings
- Click on Websites -> Content Blockers.
- Any content blocking services currently active will be listed here. Set the blocking service for one.dat.com to “Off.”
